Make Offline MP4 Function Results In Black Screen Recording in Standard View

  1. Click the Windows Start Button
  2. Type in Connect
  3. Click the Adobe Connect app that appears
  4. Press <Ctrl> + <Shift> + Q to open the hidden menu items
  5. Look at setting for Enable GPU (towards to bottom)?  If it is checked – uncheck it and click OK.
  6. Re-run the “Make Offline” MP4 function to see if your issue has been resolved.
